Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping Carriers & Rates:

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.


Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Packages:

Dranoe Apparel is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS for more information regarding your shipment.
